ByNet produces the St. Mary Parish Community Report Card:

  • to identify crucial heath-related issues and compare national, state and local statistics to see where we stand,
  • to focus on improvement and identify areas that need future attention,
  • to celebrate success and identify processes, programs and models that work to improve community health-related factors,
  • to encourage every medical provider, social service organization, faith-based community and private citizen to join the Chamber of Health to make St. Mary Parish a healthier, happier place to live,
  • to create a tool for evaluating our broadening effort to work together, to promote a holistic continuum of community care and a system of integrated information, referrals and care.
